Do these mail? What about postage?
Yes, they fold flat and include a cream envelope. Postage class, thickness, and ounces are not listed here — they vary by design and we will not guess. Confirm with a sample mail piece: weigh it, measure thickness, and run it past your mail house or the post office before you print a rate or drop a member mailing.
Minimum and unit cost?
Custom work typically from about $1,000. About 250 pieces often keeps the unit under about $10. Bulk ready-made (no custom engineering) starts around 25 — see Wholesale. There is no per-unit price table on this page. Planning figures, not a contract.
How long?
Plan about 10+ weeks for custom work — Logo-on-existing, Semi-custom building, and Full custom event. Put the event / in-hands date on the form. If that date is inside 10 weeks, we will not take the custom job.
What files do you need?
Logo: AI, EPS, SVG, or a clean PDF. PNG/JPG only if the mark is simple. Building jobs: photos plus the angle you want. Ship-to on the form even if the street is TBD.
Will you mail each recipient?
Standard is one ship-to (office, warehouse, venue). Recipient-level mailing is not standard. Ask; we will say yes or no.
Licensed characters?
No licensed character cards. Catalog animals and landmarks are our paper designs, not licensed IP.
What size is the card?
Confirm with a sample. Size is not listed here until we measure and the founder signs it. Do not assume 5×7 or 6×8.
What if I only need a few cards?
